What is L.E.D. Up-lighting and why should I consider it for my wedding?

You may have heard of the term “up-lighting” or you may have attended an event where up-lighting was used. Up-lighting is normally used to highlight architecture while giving your venue an elegant and romantic ambiance. L.E.D stands for “Light Emitting Diode” which offers a more vibrant color while using less electricity than your average light bulb and they do not generate heat. This is great especially if you have curious little ones touching the fixture. With up-lighting you are able to change a room’s color to any shade you desire to match your event’s décor.

You have a few options when choosing up-lighting for your event such as accent up-lighting, moderate up-lighting coverage, and full up-lighting coverage. If you don’t want to light your entire venue a certain color, you have the option of accent lighting which is still up-lighting however, you’re only lighting a specific area such as the sweetheart table or cake table as an example. Moderate coverage will highlight areas of the entire venue where full coverage will wash every inch of wall at your venue.

At the moment we are happy to bring you wireless L.E.D. up-lighting which is not only much neater (no ugly cables everywhere), but they are able to be much brighter as well. We have full control over the brightness level with a wireless controller and not only that but with the fixtures we have, we are able to mix a lot more colors for you as well. We are currently able to color mix RGBAW+UV (Red, Green, Blue, Amber, White, and Ultraviolet) colors which means we can do so much more for you as far as getting that favorite shade of color you love. For more information, please contact us. We'd be happy to go over your options.
